    The Port Ainé resort is located in the Orri Massif, not too far from the town of Rialp, and nestled in the magnificent scenery of the Pallars Sobirà region of the Lleida Pyrenees. You can reach the resort on public transport.

  • 2. What are the opening hours of the ski resort and customer service offices?

    The ski resort is open from 9.00 h to 17.00 h, and the customer service office is open from 8.30 h to 16.30 h in the winter season.

  • 3. Is there a lost property office?

    To deposit or ask for lost objects in Port Ainé during the winter season, you are requested to address the resort control area, close to the Nursery.

    Season passes can be purchased through the Port Ainé online store and at the central offices. You always have to pick it up at the central offices in person and present a supporting document.

  • 14. What is a free-choice ski pass?

    Free-choice passes allow the customer to use them on any day of the current season. All free-choice ski passes are non-transferable, i.e. they can only be used by the holder. Maximum use is one ski pass per day.

  • 15. What does the ski accident insurance cover?

    You can consult all coverage included in the insurance sold at the resort box offices at RACC website.

  • 16. Does the ski pass include accident insurance?

    No. You can add accident insurance at the time of purchase of the ski pass, at the box office or online, at a cost of € 3 / day.

  • 17. Can I park my motorhome at Port Ainé?

    You may park in the resort’s car parks, but camping is not allowed. Please respect the surroundings at all times.

    Yes, reservations are required because capacity is limited.

  • 26. Is it compulsory to wear a helmet on the slopes?

    While not compulsory, wearing a helmet is highly recommended for adults and especially children. For children and adolescents, it has been proven that wearing a helmet significantly reduces the possibility of suffering a serious head injury as a result of an impact or accident whilst practising winter sports.

  • 27. What is the minimum age for entry to the Leisure and Adventure Park?

    The minimum age is 4, and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • 28. Should I book ski lessons in advance?

    Yes, we recommend it to guarantee availability.

  • 29. Do we have to book a table if we want to eat in the restaurant?

  • 30. Can you pre-book meals at the piste cafés/snack bars in advance through the website?

    Only if you buy a package with your ski pass. If you would like to eat in the restaurant, please call in advance to book the date and time.

  • 31. Are there any ski pass discounts available for people with physical disabilities?

    Yes. People with a more than 33% disability are entitled to a 50% discount on presentation of the accrediting card at the ticket office and rental shops.

  • 32. Is there any parking at the resort?

    Yes. Yes, the resort has several car parks, both at the 2,000 m and 1,650 m levels.

  • 33. Does the resort have ski lockers?
